Telecom NZ

In response to the devastating Christchurch earthquake the country was in shock and people couldn’t communicate so we helped Telecom NZ deploy 700 wifi hotspots to payphones around the country including 118 summer destination hotspots in remote locations to provide free connectivity to Telecom customers.

World Vision

Provided change management consultancy to World Vision with recommendations for redesign of People, Processes and Systems to ensure a best service experience for all supporter interactions and touch-points within the charity.

Chorus

Programme Management of 13 innovation initiatives for Chorus that involved demos, POC, field trials and technical testing to understand technology capability and alignment with strategic options for entering new markets or creating greater revenue opportunities by leveraging existing infrastructure.
